Our buckwheat tuft is a real crunchy delight...lush green leaves (there may be color variations over time as buckwheat is harvested at different times), white flowers and crunchy little brown pods in which the grain-free buckwheat nut is hidden.
Beautiful in appearance, it transforms every enclosure into a search and pleasure forest.
Color may vary depending on ripeness at harvest time.
The larger rodents and rabbits often eat the stem and leaf as well.
