What does a high-quality product that is not overpriced mean to you?
For us it meansthat only the best raw materials are used. Wild herbs, tree leaves, fine seeds, herbs and flowers as well as fresh vegetable greens - only the best is good enough. Our raw materials mainly come from the Emmental region and the surrounding area. We often purchase other products such as seeds, nuts, oat flakes, millet flakes and many other ingredients in organic quality, most of which also come from Switzerland. We obtain high-quality seeds from our trustworthy source in Germany.
Production
For us, everything is (almost) exclusively made and processed by hand. This starts with collecting wild herbs and tree leaves, cutting and drying fruits, vegetables and herbs, right up to the hand-made activity treats. We use 90% sun and wind to dry the herbs and leaves, as well as all products from the field (flax, sunflower seed heads, millet, etc.)
Recycling
The package filling material consists of filling materials that we are allowed to reuse from other companies, and we also give cardboard a “second life”. Numerous shops in the area support us in this. The PE and paper packaging all come from the neighboring village, so that's it Nager`s Wiesenbackstube GmbH is not only environmentally conscious, but also leaves a green footprint.
The goal The aim of our treats for rodents and rabbits is to only use ingredients that the animals would find on their natural diet in the wild (unprocessed), and to process them gently to produce a treat that promotes the natural abrasion of the animals' teeth serves as intellectual activity and of course also tastes really good and is healthy. Species-appropriate feeding supports the health and well-being of your animal, which is why every pet owner will find what he or she is looking for here in the shop, whether for dwarf hamsters, golden hamsters, teddy hamsters, gerbils, degus, chinchillas, colored and multi-teat mice, colored rats, chipmunks, guinea pigs or rabbits. Our products are sold in the Cham exotic practice (rodent specialist) and Dr. Isabelle Zulauf stands behind our philosophy as well as the products with full conviction.

Kissed by the sun, harvested by hand and processed like in grandmother's time.
Our raw materials are harvested by hand and gently dried in the sun. After drying, they are stored in airtight containers so that the full summer sun aroma only develops in the finished treats.
Our vegetables, fruits, flowers and adventure food from the field are processed and packaged just as carefully.

The postage is based on weight and size, which is between €10 and €18 and goes up to a maximum of 2,5 kg.
